About The Position
This role is responsible for reviewing patient accounts, handling denials, performing insurance follow-up, and managing billing processes. The Patient Account Representative will also complete all business-related requests and correspondence from patients and insurance companies, and ensure all assigned projects are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of prior relevant experience
