The Patient Account Cashier will perform duties that of a cashier in the Hospital Business Office. The Cashier works closely with the billing, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records. Receives and disburses money for services. Operates cash registers and ensures accurate and efficient accounts of all transactions. In retail setting, assists with the receiving, unpacking, stocking, displaying, pricing, and sales of merchandise. Maintains clean and organized checkout area.
