About The Position

Adventist Rehabilitation White Oak (Musgrove) Team seeks to hire a Patient Technician who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred – associate degree in health-related field
Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role in healthcare

Responsibilities

Facilitate patient enrollment in outpatient programs through accurate capture of patient information (clinical and demographic) via electronic and paper means.
Answer phones and perform scheduling functions courteously and promptly using customer-centered language.
Assist the therapy team members with the delivery of hands-on care as directed and instructed.
Maintain the department cleanliness and supplies through cleaning, organizing, stocking, and ordering materials and supplies.
Participate in tasks such as faxing, scanning, report generation, and other administrative tasks as requested and instructed.
Additional duties as assigned.
