We’re looking for a Patient Access Team Lead to provide high quality service to all staff in the department, persons served and customers in a courteous and professional manner. This position serves as the lead staff for the unit and is also trained as a back-up support to the Patient access supervisor. This position is expected to contribute to departmental operations by scheduling patient appointments, check patients in and out, register insurances and provide general clerical and administrative support. Prioritize daily tasks based on deadlines, urgency of needs and departmental policy. Record keeping skills and knowledge of managed care is needed.
