Patient Access Supervisor

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Medical Terminology.
- 3 years previous experience in medical patient access, verification of benefits and/or call center.
- Valid and current Wisconsin Driver's License required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a medical field, or a technical college degree related to medical practices.
- Understanding of commercial and government insurance ID cards.
- Understanding of workers' comp registration requirements.
- Experience training staff.
- Experience writing procedural documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (including formulas).
