This role involves providing exceptional customer service to patients, managing patient demographic and financial information, scheduling appointments, performing medical necessity checks, and ensuring smooth patient flow through the NMHC systems. The specialist will also communicate financial options, participate in quality assurance reviews, and utilize various technology systems for patient data and insurance verification.
