The Patient Access Specialist serves as a key point of contact for patients and families. In this role, you’ll support a positive patient experience by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and basic financial processes while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. This is an entry-level opportunity that offers on-the-job training and exposure to healthcare operations.

Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting patients in person or by phone.
- Registering patients.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Verifying insurance information.
- Entering accurate data into systems.
- Explaining co-pays or other financial responsibilities as needed.
- Protecting patient confidentiality.
- Working closely with clinical and administrative teams to keep patient flow running smoothly.
