About The Position

Digestive Health Specialists, P.A., a leading gastroenterology group based in Winston Salem, is recruiting for a Patient Access Specialist (Front Desk) to join their team in Kernersville. The practice, founded in 1979, is well-established and growing, serving patients in 5 locations. Patients choose the practice for its experienced providers and staff who offer friendly, compassionate, high-quality, and affordable care. This position does not involve weekends, nights, or on-call duties. A front office team member is expected to greet everyone with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring the patient check-in and check-out process is completed effectively and efficiently. DHS expects front office team members to provide excellent customer service to all patients, visitors, and vendors. The position requires travel to satellite locations as needed.

Requirements
