This role involves providing exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a positive first impression of Northwestern Medicine. The specialist will interact with various hospital departments and physician offices, utilize multiple online systems for order retrieval and insurance verification, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Training new staff and adapting to evolving healthcare policies are also key aspects of the role.
