About The Position

RAMC is looking for a Patient Access Specialist to join us at our Physicians Group Clinic! This position involves arranging for the efficient and orderly registration and scheduling of patients. The role requires gathering information from patients during check-in and entering it into the database, along with performing associated clerical and reception duties.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good organizational Skills
• Good Time Management
• Excellent hand-written and oral communication skills, grammar, punctuation, and style
• Ability to work independently
• Resourceful; is aware of and utilizes the available resources
• Basic Computer knowledge

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a hospital or other medical environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrange for the efficient and orderly registration and scheduling of patients throughout the Physician's Group Clinic.
• Gather information from the patient as they check in for their appointment and enter it into the database.
• Perform clerical and reception duties associated with registration.
