About The Position

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate individual who is a strong communicator to join an energetic, patient-focused team! Are you passionate about patient care? Do you love interacting with people? Come and join our Centralized Business Office team as a Full Time Patient Access Specialist. This is a fully remote position, that is based out of our corporate office in Franklin, TN.

Requirements

• One (1) year of administrative medical office experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to provide documentation accurately & concisely
• Knowledge of medical & radiology terminology
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Ability to professionally interact with managers, co-workers, clients, referring providers, patients, and vendors.
• Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.

Responsibilities

• Providing patient access and scheduling appointments for our outpatient imaging centers.
• Training, supervision, and management of Centralized Business Office team members (at upper levels of the career ladder).
• Ensuring the management and resources are available to maintain a quality, high functioning, and customer friendly Outpatient Imaging Center.
