About The Position

The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for patient facing needs. Proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly patient experience. Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone. This is a call center type position.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or work in a customer service field is required.
• Effective communication skills, oral and written required.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong proactive organizational skills a must.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not necessary.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
