About The Position

Serve as the first point of contact for the CIS Virtual Care Center (VCC), managing a multi-line switchboard. Handle incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Coordinate and schedule patient appointments using practice management software and clinic templates. Support virtual care operations by ensuring smooth communication between patients and clinical staff. Maintain accurate documentation within the medical record system.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff
  • Experience (or familiarity) with multi-line switchboard systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document and route information
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and using healthcare technology and scheduling systems
  • Reliable team player who can adapt and support various operational needs
  • Commitment to delivering quality patient service
