This part-time, benefits-eligible role involves working with School Based Dental and Primary Care teams, assisting with patient registration and check-in, appointment scheduling, and answering the main scheduling line. The position will have dedicated days working with the Dental team, with sites rotating every 6-8 weeks within the Columbus City and Reynoldsburg School Districts. Front Office Dental experience is preferred but not required. The Patient Access Representative is responsible for greeting and registering patients, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and pulling and filing medical charts when indicated.
