About The Position

The Patient Access Representative (PAR) shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients to navigate the Full Circle Health scheduling process to maximize customer / patient satisfaction and clinical operations. Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2 or more years customer service experience required
• Immunizations for all staff to include an annual influenza vaccine as a requisite for employment.
• Newly hired staff who are not able to be vaccinated due to medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs must apply for vaccination exemption prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous medical office experience preferred
• Previous call center experience preferred
