About The Position

The Patient Access Representative (PAR) shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients to navigate the Full Circle Health scheduling process to maximize customer / patient satisfaction and clinical operations.

Requirements

• High School/GED
• 2 or more years customer service experience required
• Tobacco-free workplace
• Immunizations for all staff to include an annual influenza vaccine as a requisite for employment. Newly hired staff who are not able to be vaccinated due to medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs must apply for vaccination exemption prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous medical office experience preferred
• Previous call center experience preferred
