About The Position

Serve as a Patient Access Representative for the new Kiawah Partners Pavilion location. Function as the first line of contact receiving patients, answering incoming calls, and monitoring the reception area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1 year of customer service experience.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to interpret and apply financial procedures and regulations preferred.
• Previous experience with hospital information systems or word processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registration of Patients.
• Scheduling of appointments, consults, treatment, and tests.
• Collect and appropriately document all payments in accordance with established policies and procedures.
