As a Patient Access Representative, your primary responsibility will be providing extraordinary customer service to patients with every interaction. Being the first point of contact, you will have the opportunity to provide a positive patient experience by creating a welcoming and safe environment, either on the phone or in the clinic. This is a float position helping to cover several busy suites.
