About The Position

The Patient Access Representative is the first point of contact for patients in a healthcare setting, helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. The role supports the delivery of exceptional care to a diverse patient base and contributes to a smooth-running office in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The representative works closely with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff to provide a positive patient experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and ability to make patients feel welcome.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• High school graduate or GED required.
• A caring attitude and interest in helping others.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or healthcare experience; not required, as training will be provided.
