Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the patient experience by skillfully scheduling procedures to maximize clinical resources while respecting and prioritizing the patient’s time.
  • Secure the path to care by meticulously gathering demographic and insurance data, ensuring every patient journey begins with an accurate and professional registration.
  • Navigate complex logistics by proactively collaborating with internal teams and insurance providers to resolve scheduling hurdles and finalize necessary authorizations.
  • Empower patients through clarity by providing compassionate guidance on pre-service requirements, ensuring they feel prepared and confident ahead of their appointments.
  • Foster seamless communication between participants and clinical staff to maintain an organized, high-functioning environment that centers on patient needs.
