About The Position

Handling a large number of inbound calls from patients for all 10 of their locations. Triaging calls to RN's when needed. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments for patients. Performing insurance verification, patient registration, and prior authorizations. Scheduling cardiology exams, screenings, and blood work.
