About The Position

The Revenue Cycle Education & Development Department at Baptist Metro Square is seeking a Non-Clinical Principal Trainer. This role reports to an Epic Training Manager and involves applying adult learning theory and instructional design principles to project work. The trainer will act as a liaison between the Epic and Baptist Health communities, workgroups, and committees. Key responsibilities include performing task analysis, long-term and short-term planning, and assessing end-user training needs. Collaboration with instructional designers is essential to ensure training content is delivered effectively through appropriate modalities for optimal team member understanding and adoption. A minimum of one Epic application certification is required, with an additional certification in another application needed within the first six months of employment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one Epic application certification.
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Minimum 5 Years of Related Experience Required
  • 3-5 Years of Training Experience Required

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree Preferred
  • Certified in at least one other application within the first 6 months into the position.

Responsibilities
