Inova is looking for a dedicated Patient Access Lead to join the team. This role will be Full-Time 40 hours per week Hybrid. Requirements

• High school or GED
• 3 Years of patient access experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees intake operations, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and leads documentation and registration improvements.
• Leads process improvements and trains staff on new tools and system updates.
• Monitors metrics and streamlines case management handoffs.
• Monitors metrics and leads financial improvement initiatives.
• Leads accuracy initiatives, monitors trends, and trains staff in insurance and contract coordination.
• Leads messaging initiatives, coaches staff, and promotes service equity among patients.
• Coordinates with UR teams to reduce denials.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable federal and state regulations
• May perform additional duties as assigned
