The primary job role for the Flex Team Representative will be to support the facilities on-site by covering open shifts/positions left vacant by associate termination, medical leave, PTO, HFWA and other associate time off needs. As staffing needs will vary, the associate will need to be able adjust and accommodate a flexible schedule and travel to hospital locations within the hired region, to support the facility registration departments. This position will require floating between St. Francis Hospital, Penrose Hospital and St. Francis Interquest, with 20% remote work.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritization skills.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year previous Patient Scheduling or Patient Access experience.
  • Office experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of CPT/ICD-9 codes.

Responsibilities

  • Support facilities on-site by covering open shifts/positions left vacant by associate termination, medical leave, PTO, HFWA and other associate time off needs.
  • Adjust and accommodate a flexible schedule.
  • Travel to hospital locations within the hired region to support facility registration departments.
  • Float between St. Francis Hospital, Penrose Hospital and St. Francis Interquest.
