About The Position
CCRM Fertility, a global pioneer in fertility treatment and research, is seeking a Seasonal Patient Access Coordinator for the summer. This role is ideal for a college student interested in healthcare administration or understanding the flow in a medical practice. The Patient Access Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent patient service, supporting daily reception activities, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic workflow. Requirements
- Current college student; preferably in the healthcare or medical field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer and data entry skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling information and payments
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet patients and visitors upon arrival
- Collect and verify insurance cards and photo identification
- Process credit card payments accurately
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Restock patient-facing materials and office supplies as needed
- Provide general administrative support to front desk and clinical staff
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support daily operations
