Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-3+ years of medical front office/reception experience preferred.
• Prior experience with Athena preferred.
• Fertility and/or Women’s Health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling information and payments.

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet patients and visitors upon arrival
• Collect and verify insurance cards and photo identification
• Process and record credit card payments accurately
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Restock patient-facing materials and office supplies as needed
• Provide general administrative support to front desk and clinical staff
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support daily operations
