  • High School diploma required

Responsibilities

  • Daily oversight of operations and management of error, audit and productivity reports (as applicable).
  • Provide technical expertise for multiple system interfaces within Patient Access.
  • Tracks and trends errors to develop and conduct and/or provide input into associate training.
  • Acts as a liaison with the Business Office, IT, and clinical staff.
  • Accurately complete assigned reports.
  • Contribute to the overall quality of the department measured by reports and audits.
  • Collects and assists with quality screening for staff and or unit reports as it relates to compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversees staff assigned error report management and tracking as part of data flow and quality.
