Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
BLS certification required
Comfort working with computer systems and electronic health records (EHR)

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, ensuring a smooth and positive check-in experience.
Register patients, verify information, and coordinate lab services with accuracy and care.
Schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and provide clear instructions to patients.
Support lab operations by assisting with test orders, specimen handling, and communication.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with privacy and healthcare standards.
Help create an organized, efficient, and patient-centered environment.
Collaborate with team members across departments, including cross-training with Radiology Reception.
