Requirements

A caring and detail-oriented professional with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a medical or hospital setting preferred, especially in registration or insurance verification.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and strong data entry accuracy.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s in Healthcare or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism.
Collect and verify accurate patient and insurance information for hospital services.
Obtain necessary signatures and authorizations while ensuring compliance with hospital and HIPAA standards.
Explain hospital policies and financial responsibilities in a clear and supportive way.
Enter patient data into our electronic medical record (EMR) system with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with departments across the hospital to support smooth admissions and timely patient care.
