This role provides comprehensive administrative and care coordination support to ensure a seamless patient experience from check-out through follow-up care. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and supporting behavioral health services, while ensuring timely completion of provider-ordered labs, imaging, and specialty care. The position also assists patients with understanding care plans, insurance coverage, and financial assistance options, working closely with billing and revenue cycle teams to ensure accurate information and support. Serving as a key liaison between patients, providers, and internal departments, this role promotes efficient clinic flow, continuity of care, and timely access to services.
