The Patient Access Advocate I provides primary registration of patient accounts for self-pay, government and commercial accounts on date of service for scheduled and unscheduled visits. Presbyterian is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Access Advocate to be the welcoming face of our healthcare team. In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service while ensuring every registration is accurate, complete, and compliant. You'll handle everything, from verifying insurance and collecting payments to guiding visitors and updating crucial demographic and billing information.
