The Pathways Training and Development Specialist, part of the Provider Assistance Training Hub (PATH) within the School of Social Work at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, is responsible for training community behavioral health staff and leadership on the Pathways to Success curriculum, Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP), and other HFS-directed clinical initiatives. This role also involves providing ongoing coaching and support for current and new initiatives, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for New Service Initiatives and Systems of Care (SOC) curriculum. The position requires statewide travel to deliver web-based and on-site trainings, assess agency challenges, build implementation strategies, and support users of MAP. The specialist will also develop advanced trainings, provide feedback on new services, and analyze training effectiveness, all grounded in Systems of Care principles.
