Role Overview: This role, Indiana's Home and Community Based Services Waiver & Benefit Mgr. serves as a subject matter expert on HCBS. In this role, you will monitor federal and state regulations for program impacts, provides technical direction to maintain compliance, and ensures no disruption in care for members in long term care and long-term services and supports programs. Your role ensures that programs and benefits are in alignment with agency priorities and objectives. This role also identifies training and education needs of stakeholders, maintains training development and education materials. This role collaborates with Managed Care Entities, providers, and members.
