The Project Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the Department of Labor Pathway Home and monitors the daily management of the team of 4 focusing on broader goals and outcomes as required by the funder. This role involves ultimate responsibility for the supervision of program faculty, 3 Career Coaches, and 1 Job Developer. The coordinator must ensure compliance with all Department of Labor (DOL), administrative, and fiscal regulations, monitor operational costs to meet budget guidelines, and oversee accurate data entry of participant records. A key aspect of this role is owning the program’s results, implementing systems to track and meet performance goals, and communicating program status, risks, and achievements to senior leadership. The position also requires coordinating administrative aspects, developing MOUs with partners, managing partner relationships, collecting and aggregating data for reporting, mentoring faculty, developing quality control procedures, and assisting in resolving programmatic and personnel issues. The coordinator will monitor employment services activities, participate in staff meetings, and supervise the preparation and submission of all required reports. Ensuring program compliance with Amity policies, federal and state regulations, and contract obligations is crucial. The role demands responsibility for the daily management and quality of care and services provided to students, adhering to contemporary therapeutic community methodologies and best practice standards. The coordinator must oversee project capabilities, ensure accommodations for individual student needs, and attend funder meetings and events related to Employment Services.
