The Pathway Advisor supports students’ transition to Saint Paul College by providing quality, holistic, and comprehensive academic advising and transfer planning services. Planning services includes targeted program advising regarding major and career exploration, long-term academic planning, registration, transfer advising, basic financial aid advising, and academic support. The Pathway Advisor will coordinate and facilitate college-wide use of retention initiatives including Early Alert, Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), and proactive case management for new, current, and returning students. To assist students with meeting developmental, educational, and career needs, the Pathway Advisor will make timely referrals to additional support services, including Financial Aid, Counseling & Wellness, Career Services, Access & Disability Resources, Basic Needs, and Academic Support. In addition, the Pathway Advisor will have an active role in activities associated with enrollment, orientation, registration, and completion at the College.
