About The Position

Consultants in Laboratory Medicine of Greater Toledo, a Sonic Healthcare USA partner, seeks a full-time Pathologist to join a collegial, dynamic pathology team. This role is within a Great Place to Work certified employer that emphasizes teamwork and innovation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Breast and Gynecologic biopsy sign out or subspecialty training in Breast and/or Gynecologic Pathology. Pathologists in this role must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, multifaceted, hospital-based setting as part of a group of 17+ pathologists.

Requirements

M.D. / D.O. with AP or AP/CP board certification.
Possess or be able to attain a license to practice medicine in the states of Ohio and Michigan.
3-5+ years sign out experience.
Teamwork-oriented work ethic.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong diagnostic skills.
Collegial personality.

Nice To Haves

Breast or Gynecologic Pathology subspecialty training.

Responsibilities

Sign out experience in an inpatient and/or outpatient laboratory setting.
Significant Breast and Gynecologic biopsy sign out experience or Breast and/or Gynecologic Pathology subspecialty training.
Working independently in a fast-paced, multifaceted, hospital-based setting.
Collaborating as a member of a pathology team.
