About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a civilian Pathologist at Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) in California. This is an out-patient clinic position with a great patient population. The role involves providing services between the Naval Medical Center San Diego and Naval Branch Health Clinic MCAS Miramar, potentially moving between locations weekly or more frequently. The position offers freedom from malpractice insurance worries.
Requirements
- Board certification through American Board of Pathology in both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in California.
- Completion of graduate medical education program in pathology or a pathology subspecialty accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
- At least five years of independent clinical practice required.
- BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- Subspecialty certification preferred but not required.
