About The Position
Seeking a Pathologist for a Locum Tenens position in Robbinsdale, MN. This inpatient role involves clinical duties and call coverage, with a focus on supplemental coverage for an ongoing period starting August 10, 2026. The position requires reading 80-100 daily cases, including surgical pathology, GI & GU pathology, neuropathology, dermatopathology, hematopathology, interpretation of bone marrow aspirate/bx, cytology, hematology, microbiology, chemistry/serology, blood bank, and rapid evaluation of adequacy for image-guided biopsies. The role also includes blood bank call at night.
Requirements
- Active MN License or willingness to obtain.
- Board Certified (BC).
- NPDB report.
Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties and provide call coverage.
- Read 80-100 daily cases, including surgical pathology, GI & GU pathology, neuropathology, dermatopathology, hematopathology (Bone Marrow, Lymph Nodes), interpretation of Bone Marrow Aspirate/bx, Cytology, Hematology, Microbiology, Chemistry/Serology, Blood Bank.
- Provide rapid evaluation of adequacy for image-guided biopsies.
- Handle blood bank call at night.
