Requirements
- Candidates must have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution and a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar
- Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus
- Wireless communication experience in 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards is desired but not required
- Must be admitted to the USPTO
- Associate candidates must be licensed to practice law or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible in the state in which they will work.
- Candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities
Nice To Haves
