The Firm seeks a Patent Litigation Paralegal to assist the Patent Litigation practice group in all phases of the patent litigation process from the initial complaint to discovery through to trial and appeal, including US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) post grant filings including Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings. This paralegal will also assist the patent prosecution team regarding patent due diligence searches and review.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Patent Litigation practice group in all phases of the patent litigation process from the initial complaint to discovery through to trial and appeal.
- Assist with US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) post grant filings including Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings.
- Assist the patent prosecution team regarding patent due diligence searches and review.
