Requirements

  • Patent litigation experience in federal district courts
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or a closely related technical field
  • Member of the state bar for the office to which they are applying or otherwise eligible for admission by waiver
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Highly developed organizational, writing and analytical skills

  • Hands-on coding experience in modern programming languages
  • Technical aptitude to work effectively with complex technologies
  • Collaborate with clients across a broad range of industries

Responsibilities

  • Drafting pleadings, motions and briefs
  • Managing written discovery
  • Conducting legal research
  • Preparing for and participating in depositions and other phases of litigation
