Requirements

Patent litigation experience in federal district courts
Undergraduate or advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or a closely related technical field
Member of the state bar for the office to which they are applying or otherwise eligible for admission by waiver
Excellent academic credentials
Highly developed organizational, writing and analytical skills
