About The Position

Join a Top -Tier IP Litigation Team with Responsibility:
A leading AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a mid -level Patent Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognized intellectual property litigation group. This team is built for hands -on experience, offering a strong partner -to -associate ratio and direct access to senior litigators on high -stakes matters.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of patent litigation experience at a law firm.
• Experience representing both patent owners and accused infringers.
• Exposure to district court litigation, with ITC and/or PTAB experience preferred.
• Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• USPTO registration is a plus, but not required.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Admitted to the Texas Bar (required).

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in patent litigation matters in U.S. district courts.
• Participate in ITC investigations and PTAB proceedings.
• Draft substantive motions, briefs, and case strategy materials.
• Take an active role in fact and expert discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
• Work closely with partners on case strategy, client interaction, and key decisions.
• Contribute to matters that often move toward trial or final hearing.
