About The Position

Join F3 Law: Litigation Attorney - Los Angeles Office. F3 Law provides essential legal support to California's public schools and community colleges, helping them navigate complex legal issues to fulfill their mission of serving students and communities. We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Litigation Attorney in our Los Angeles office to assist K-12 schools and community colleges in overcoming a wide range of legal challenges.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of litigation experience, ideally encompassing the full spectrum of civil litigation, from initiation to resolution.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven approach.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
• California Bar Admission.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload independently, handling cases from start to finish.
• Draft and argue motions (e.g., summary judgment).
• Take and defend depositions.
