About The Position

A highly regarded IP practice is seeking a Patent Prosecution Attorney with at least 2 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for sophisticated technology clients. This opportunity is presented by MNF Global, a national legal search firm focused on IP, patent, and technology attorney placements. The role involves drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications, working directly with inventors, engineers, and in-house counsel, advising clients on patent strategy and portfolio development, handling technologies related to telecommunications, AI, software, and computer systems, and collaborating with attorneys across a broad national IP platform. Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school.
USPTO registration required.
Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical degree required.
Minimum of 2 years of law firm patent prosecution experience.
Strong patent drafting and prosecution background.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and work directly with clients.
