EE/CS Patent Attorney: Telecom, AI & Software
About The Position
A highly regarded IP practice is seeking a Patent Prosecution Attorney with at least 2 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for sophisticated technology clients. This opportunity is presented by MNF Global, a national legal search firm focused on IP, patent, and technology attorney placements. The role involves working directly with inventors, engineers, and in-house counsel, advising clients on patent strategy and portfolio development, and handling technologies related to telecommunications, AI, software, and computer systems. Attorneys will collaborate with colleagues across a broad national IP platform.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- USPTO registration required.
- Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of law firm patent prosecution experience.
- Strong patent drafting and prosecution background.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work directly with clients.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with telecom, AI, software, or related technologies preferred.
