Job Summary: The Patent Attorney/Agent will work under the supervision of the VP, Corporate IP Technology and will provide legal guidance to support the company’s business and research activities. This role will work with the rest of the patent team and together with our R&D teams to assist in the preparation and development of patent applications to protect the company’s Intellectual Property. This includes performing prior art searches; identifying patentable inventions; assisting worldwide patent prosecutions; securing high quality patents; developing patent strategies, and working with the R&D organization to understand priorities and challenges.
