Requirements
- Candidates must have experience with healthcare technologies and related ML/AI technologies and hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- The firm is looking for intellectually curious candidates with strong academic credentials and proven experience drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications.
- Strong organizational and writing skills, and a desire to thrive in a large law firm environment are essential.
- This client-facing role involves working directly with inventors and scientists, so excellent oral communication skills are required.
- USPTO registration is required; attorney applicants must also hold active admission to the state bar of the jurisdiction where they will be located.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with patent databases and search tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, are highly desirable.
