About The Position

FusionHCR is hiring an IT Patch Management Engineer to join a fast-paced enterprise IT environment in Las Vegas. This role is responsible for keeping enterprise systems secure, stable, and running strong. The ideal candidate will have experience with SCCM, enjoy solving deployment challenges, and want to make a real impact on enterprise-wide security and compliance. This is a local, on-site position, and candidates must currently reside in the Las Vegas area.

Requirements

• 3+ years in IT
• 3+ years hands-on with SCCM patch deployment
• Solid system admin skills: Windows registry, group policy, silent installs
• Comfortable with Flexera Admin Studio, InstallShield, or similar packaging tools
• ITIL knowledge (Change, Incident, Problem, Release Management)
• Problem-solver's mindset
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including on-call rotation
• 21+ years of age
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must obtain/maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs. and stay active throughout the day

Nice To Haves

• MCSE, MCTS, Security+, or CISSP certifications

Responsibilities

• Own patch management and deployment across a large enterprise network using SCCM
• Build and test application packages for smooth deployment
• Write automation scripts (PowerShell, Batch, VBScript) to address vulnerabilities
• Troubleshoot SCCM client health issues
• Partner with Vulnerability Management, Desk Side Support, and IT Architecture teams
• Ensure servers and workstations are compliant and healthy, and report on it
