The Pastry Prep Cook is responsible for all of the prepping, cooking, cutting, portioning, and packaging of desserts for the restaurants and catering orders. The Pastry Prep Cook cost effectively prepares quality food in safe and efficient compliance with proper food preparation and handling, policies and procedures. The Pastry Prep Cook reports any deviations from policies, procedures, brand standards and regulations to management. The goal is the restaurant 100% ready for operation and our clients.
