Cherokee Town & Country Club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a Full-Time Pastry Line Cook to join our Pastry department in preparing exceptional desserts for our loyal members. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives in a high-end kitchen environment, and is eager to grow within a private club setting. The Pastry Line Cook will prepare and present high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods with consistency and precision while executing recipes and plating standards that reflect the Club’s elevated dining experience. This role involves assisting in daily pastry production, including breads, cakes, plated desserts, and specialty items, while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with strict food safety standards. The position also requires supporting banquet, à la carte, and special event operations, and collaborating closely with the Pastry Chef and culinary team to deliver exceptional member experiences.
